Cultural Life Series – Gabrielle Hamilton

Gabrielle Hamilton is the author of this year’s Campus Reads selection, “Blood, Bones & Butter: The Inadvertent Education of a Reluctant Chef,” memoir of Hamilton’s life in the many kitchens she has cooked in over the years including that of her own acclaimed New York City restaurant, Prune.
