We will tell you about four easy ways to use your senses to slow things down and be more in the moment, thereby releasing tension. Lastly, we will demonstrate four ways in which you can redirect your focus with fidget and sensory tools. Ultimately, my goal is to provide some tools and simple ways you can reduce stress and release tension.
