Self Defense Club at 4 PM in room Multi-B

Yoga at 5 PM in room Multi-A

Total Body Sculpt at 6 PM in room Multi-A

Circuit training at 7 PM in room Multi-A*

Tuesday:

Guided Meditation at 4 PM in the Culinary Arts Museum

Total Body Sculpt at 5 PM in room Multi-A

HIIT( High intensity interval training) at 6 PM in room Multi-A*

CORE at 6:30 PM in room Multi-A

Wednesday:

Self Defense Club at 4 PM in room Multi-B

Yoga at 5 PM in room Multi-A

Dance HIP-HOP at 6:30 PM in room Multi-A

Zumba at 7:30 PM in room Multi-A

Thursday:

HIIT( High intensity interval training) at 5 PM in room Multi-A*

Friday:

Spin at 12 PM in room Multi-A

MMA Club at 12:30-2:30 PM in room Multi B

Yoga at 1 PM in room Multi-A

Circuit Training at 2 PM in room Multi-A

All aerobic and recreation programs are free of charge!

Classes will run from september 9th- November 15th

*NEW INSTRUCTOR! Classes will begin October 5th,2019

**Spine classs are limited to 9-10 riders.First come first serve. Get there early!!**
