Best Baguette on Campus Competition

OPLB is hosting a contest to find which student can make the best baguette on campus! Students will work in rotations, 4 students at a time to ensure each student has enough space to work and the necessary time. The first-place winner will also receive a prize! Students interested in competing must fill out the "Best Baguette Baker" application.

There is a $10 entry fee, all profits are going to the Providence Rescue Mission. Bread produced during the competition will also be donated. 

Each student will produce one batch of baguettes (~10 loaves) and will only be given one deck oven for baking.
