This webinar focuses on ways in which we can connect with others, feel seen and heard, as well as feel useful by helping others, all while practicing social distancing or isolation. These are unusual times in which we find ourselves possibly feeling isolated, alone and scared, while simultaneously feeling overwhelmed with online content and communication. We will attempt to cut through some of the plethora of options and speak to a few very specific and simple ways we can connect authentically and truly to others. We will provide resources and discuss some interesting or unusual ways in which we can build community in this new normal, and will provide tools for combatting loneliness and boredom.
