We’ll discuss recognizing the signs of stress as well as share some common myths & understandings. OR Staying In – one of the best ways to “stay in” is learning how to handle stress. We will chat about various tips & basic moves to help. Emphasis will be spent on how best to manage your time. How you use time can determine your success or failure in college. Come Join Us!
