Third Annual Iron Chef Competition

Recipe submissions for the third annual Johnson & Wales Iron Chef Competition, as well as our second annual JWU Great Bake Off, are due by Thursday, February 1!

Our Campus Dining team will choose the top five recipes. The chosen students will showcase their creations at the Student Dining Center during the last 2 weeks in February and their recipes voted for by students.

 

The winning chefs (one for culinary, one for the bake-off) for the Charlotte Campus will then travel to the JWU Miami Campus to compete in the final competition. This year’s grand prize includes an all-expenses paid trip to Buffalo, NY including a private tour of Rich’s Products innovation center!

 

Last year, a Charlotte campus student, Emily Hoffman, won the national culinary competition and had an incredible experience on her grand prize trip to San Francisco.
